BELLEVILLE WASHERS - DIN 6796
Belleville Washers as to DIN 6796 may be referred to as 'Loud Washers' or 'Fastener Belleville'.
They confirm to DIN 6796 and are intended for the protection of bolted joints. Available in spring steel (DIN 17221 and DIN 17222) and a variety of finishes.
We recommend mechanical Zinc Plating to avoid hydrogen embrittlement. These washers are extremely highly stressed components and are therefore only recommended for static or infrequently varying loud application.
